Gold Coast Cabs is the 3rd largest Taxi Company in Queensland and comprises of over 345 vehicles. We use the best proven technology such as MT Data, Cabcall and 123 Mobile Taxi and this along with the call centre operate 24 hours a day all year round.
Customer and Driver security is foremost with multiple Security Cameras fitted to all vehicles.

Cabcharge, Credit and Eftpos Facilities:
All Fleets carry EFTPOS facilities and printers by Cabcharge allowing convenient access to most credit cards and of course Cabcharge charge accounts. All vehicles operate the MT Data Dispatchers and computerised G.P.S. dispatch. Our late model air conditioned and tidy fleet of vehicles are inspected regularly by Gold Coast Cabs management plus every six months by Queensland Transport and are subject to spot inspections. We understand the need for vehicle safety, cleanliness, and that each car should look cosmetically tidy ensuring Gold Coast Cabs fleet of vehicles is second to none.

Driver Standards:
All of our 1600 plus Drivers undergo our Nationally Accredited training Course and are easily identifiably dressed in the appropriate uniform/s. Gold Coast Cabs Drivers also complete a yearly Driver Authorisation updates to keep in touch with the latest products and procedures used in the industry.
Staff Standards:
Transporting in excess of 8 million passengers per year ensures our highly trained Call Centre Staff are always kept busy processing calls. Gold Coast Cabs employs over 50 Call centre staff who process hundreds of calls and queries every hour, 24 hours a day all year round.
